Dr. Washington is a Board Certified physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. ACOG is the nation's leading organization of professionals providing health care for women.

Regular office hours for Dr. Washington are from 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. We are closed for lunch daily between 12:30pm - 2:00pm.
Should you need to cancel or re-arrange an appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please bring all of your insurance information including your insurance card and, if necessary, your referral.
It would be helpful if you could provide us with a current list of your medications, a list of any known allergies you have and the first day of your last menstrual period. Every effort will be made to see you at your appointment date and time but occasional emergencies or deliveries may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you from being inconvenienced.
